Posters
With today's printing technology and available facilities, it is easy for any small business or non-profit association to use posters as an effective marketing or communication tool, without spending a fortune.

Make 5 posters, or make 50 posters; and you can have them in full, bold colour. Laminating is available to protect your posters and ensure that they will last.

To the right, a poster for Captain's Village Marina which they posted throughout their property, on the gas dock, in the restaurant, and in the pro shop.

Below, the Vernon and District Animal Care Society asked for two different posters, each with its own purpose and life expectancy. The Book Sale posters were posted on bulletin boards and veterinary offices throughout Vernon, and only needed to last a couple of weeks. The Spay and Neuter posters have gone up in veterinary offices, and expect to remain there for as long as possible, to remind and inform pet owners. Therefore, the spay and neuter posters were laminated, and they should last a good long time.

The BC Association of Student Activity Advisors consulted Dog Star Publishing & Design for an entire package of marketing materials, including the posters below.

The "Student Leadership Conferences" poster (directly below) is 40 inches by 30 inches, laminated and mounted on foamboard to be used as a self-standing table display at various events. It incorporates photos from over 10 years of conferences, and is expected to be used for a number of years.

The poster below left, is an 11x17" informational piece that contains an outline of the purpose of BCASAA, as well as introducing the members of the Executive and Board of Directors. This piece is mounted on foam board, with a cardboard back-tab to stand it up, and is expected to be replaced annually.
